Helen McGinnis is a sports and portrait photographer from North Carolina.

A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Helen served as the Photographic Services Intern for the Indianapolis Colts during the 2023-2024 season. Prior to that, she was the photo editor for the Daily Tar Heel. She was also responsible for photographing UNC athletic events for Go Heels, the University’s athletic communications department. She is currently the Athletics Photography Coordinator at Wake Forest University.

Known for her vibrant use of color and intense raw emotions, her photos tell stories louder than words.
